 Yoga .... boosts the physical, mental and spiritual well being. Ever since the United Nations declared June 21 as the International Day of Yoga in 2015, it has created quite a lot of buzz all across the globe. Although yoga training is now a part of pop culture, its roots can be traced back to pre-Vedic era when yogis spent years meditating in one pose.

Our Prime Minister......... “Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfillment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being,” he said.


The practice of Yoga is something that has the power to heal your entire body! It’s the best medicine that any doctor an ever give you and that for any kind of disease that you are suffering from.

Yoga is more than just burning your calories and toning your muscles. It is a mind body workout where you have strengthening and stretching poses along with deep breathing techniques to relax your mind and body. In this yoga day essay, you will come to know about the wholesome effects of yoga. There are more than 100 different forms of yoga. Some are fast paced and intense. Others are gentle and relaxing. Yoga is an invaluable gift of ancient Indian tradition. Importance of celebration on 21th international Yoga Day......
June 21 is the 172nd day of the year (173rd in leap year ) in the  Gregorian calander.
There are. 193 days remaining until the end of the year .
This day usually marks the summer solstice in the northern hemisphere and the winter solstice in the southern hemisphere ,which is the day of the year with the most hours of day light in the northern hemisphere and the fewest hours of daylight in the southern hemisphere ..

What is yoga!
Sanskrit word yuj,yoga means union of the individuals consciousness or soul with the universal consciousness or spirit.


Yoga helps for imagination !
Yoga is not just exercise and asanaz . It is the emotional integration and spiritual evaluation with a touch of mystic elements ,which gives you a glimpse of something beyond all imagination ..

Day of summer solstice ,when the tilt of a planet axis in the northenn hemisphere is most inclined toward the star that it our case, the earth and the sun .

21thjune considers the longest day of the year with the sunrising early and setting late for the northern hemisphere.

Recognizing itsuniversal appeal ,on 11 dec.2014 the united nations proclaimed 21 june as the international day of yoga by resolution 69/131 .
175out of 193 nations joining as co-sponsors making it the highest number ever dorang resolution in the history of the un general assembly.



Yoga session arrange in our department Of English MKBUfor 3 days session delivered by yoginiba chudasama... She is so kind and teaches us a very mielway many asanaz and gave such information. For yoga and what it's bani fiets and when it applies this asanz for whom it's benefits more .. and so on things which she introduce us ... At that time I'm remembering my old school days when I'm doing yoga and asanaz... Our enviourment .. and our health .... But after long time I'm still perfectly doing such asanz which I thoght that I can't be do that but slowly and stidily i got that I'm still perfectly or i can say I'm better than that time also at a time I want some more practice for some of the asanz but now I fill so happy to doing some of the banificial work and the result is that ... I'm able to do that asanaz which might have i can't be able to do at school time ...

So ... Here i would like to say that ..... I'm now a little bit perfect and doing a many more perfect than old time asanz ... So, after the session and full on enargy ..... I'm so egarly waiting for the read day 21 th june international Yoga Day celebration @ department of English MKBU... Because it's my first and last also celebration of yoga day in department .... But so much happy ... For the day ....

And the day has come all my friends and instructor Dilip barad sir and his daughter jil barad also doen and join with us .... So , slowly and stidust we doing yogasy of the day first prayer than ,pranaam, kapal bharti, bujangasan,shavasan, utkatasan, tadasan, ......


The celebration of yoga day is so enargatic and fruitful for us ....
